Four residences within a converted historic building on Porthmeor Beach — a three-bedroom penthouse across three floors with a sixty-foot living room, a two-bedroom beachfront duplex whose bi-fold doors open straight onto the sand, and two self-contained cottages. Over 5,400 sq ft in all.
